Parallel Employment is seeking dependable Forklift Operators to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in Darien & Lake Geneva, WI. You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport and organize materials across the facility, emphasizing safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.

This Long Term Temp to Hire opportunity offers two shifts: 1st and 2nd, with specific hours and overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operation experience required.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Good communication and team collaboration skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load/unload shipments, move materials, and organize inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as required.
