Job summary

Parallel Employment is seeking dependable Forklift Operators to support warehouse and manufacturing operations in Darien, WI.

You will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport and organize materials, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in all tasks.

This is a long term temp to hire opportunity with 1st shift (6am-4:30pm, Mon-Thu with OT Fri) or 2nd shift (4:30pm-3:00am, Mon-Thu). Wage ranges from $19.15 to $20.50 per hour depending on shift.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operation experience required.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to load/unload shipments, move materials, and organize inventory.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions promptly.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
