Job summary

Kenco Group in Lyndhurst, VA is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to safely move, load, and stack products for shipping and receiving. The role requires a minimum of two years forklift experience, a valid forklift license or ability to obtain one, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

You will perform daily inspections, support inventory accuracy, and collaborate with the warehouse team to meet throughput targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial Equipment to move products or materials for distribution, including sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamps, and picker equipment.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle count as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per forklift safety checklist.
• Maintain facility readiness for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Report incidents to supervisor and perform housekeeping as assigned.
