Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely move and stack products for shipping and receiving using powered industrial equipment.

In a fast-paced 3PL environment, you will contribute to safe operations, accurate inventory, and on-time deliveries while supporting continuous improvement and teamwork.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of forklift experience, a valid license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and manage inventory systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per forklift safety checklist.
• Keep the facility inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customers.
• Communicate and report incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
