Aaron Sales And Leasing is seeking a Forklift Operator to support efficient, safe warehouse operations. You will operate PITs, perform daily inspections, and help keep the workspace clean and organized.

This role requires attention to safety and accuracy in handling merchandise in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a $20.00 per hour rate with potential for overtime in Belcamp, MD, in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience operating PITs preferred.
• OSHA certification for PIT operation preferred.
• Safe, verifiable operating history appreciated.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs independently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PITs such as counterbalance forklifts and order pickers to transport and organize merchandise.
• Unload incoming stock, pick orders, and load outbound trucks to meet store needs.
• Perform daily PIT inspections and ensure OSHA and company safety compliance.
• Operate RF scanners as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by sweeping, dusting, and mopping as needed.
• Adhere to all company safety rules and participate in required training programs.
