Job summary

The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to support efficient and safe warehouse operations. You will transport merchandise with PITs, perform inspections, and help keep the workspace clean and organized.

Responsibilities include unloading stock, order picking, and loading outbound trucks while adhering to OSHA and company safety rules. Prior PIT experience and ability to lift 40 lbs are preferred. Benefits apply to FT roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years of PIT operation experience (preferred).
• OSHA or employee certification for PIT operation (preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently and heavier with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Operate PITs to transport and organize merchandise.
• Unload incoming stock, pick orders, and load outbound trucks to meet store needs.
• Perform daily PIT inspections and ensure OSHA and company safety compliance.
• Operate RF scanners as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Adhere to safety rules and participate in required training programs.
