Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to safely operate powered industrial equipment and prepare shipments for distribution. You will load, unload, stack, and transport products, scan and label items, and complete inventory paperwork as needed.

The role requires at least two years of forklift experience, a valid forklift license (or ability to obtain one), and attention to detail with basic computer skills. Expect a team-oriented environment focused on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Two years of forklift experience or more.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, picker).
• Load, unload, and store products and materials.
• Stack/transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan products and print labels using equipment.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Carry out cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per forklift safety checklist.
• Keep the facility inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Report incidents to supervisor and assist with housekeeping tasks as assigned.
