Green Bay Packaging is seeking a dependable forklift operator to join our Minnesota warehouse team. You will move inventory, load trucks, clear lines, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace with safety as a priority.

The role requires ability to pass background, drug screen, and pre-employment physical, standing 8–10 hours, lifting 20–50 pounds, and overtime as needed. Competitive hourly wage and full benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to pass a background, drug screen, and pre-employment physical
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift 20 pounds repetitively and up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours per shift. Overtime is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move inventory safely and efficiently.
• Load trucks and clear production lines.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Follow safety protocols at all times.
