Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Forklift Operator in Temple, TX to safely operate powered industrial equipment for loading, unloading, and stacking goods. You will use scanners and labels, complete paperwork, and participate in cycle counts and safety inspections in a fast-paced distribution setting.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years of forklift experience, a valid forklift license or the ability to obtain one, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and materials; stack and transport to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels; complete paperwork and inventory tasks as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed; perform cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and keep the facility inspection-ready for audits.
• Assist with housekeeping and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
