Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to safely move and position goods within our warehouse in Manor, Texas. You will operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, load and unload, scan products, and support shipping and receiving with accuracy.

The role requires at least two years of forklift experience, a valid license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Background and drug screen required.
• Basic computer skills expected.
• Attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, picker).
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials and products to designated areas.
• Scan product and print labels using equipment.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily safety inspections per the Safety Checklist on forklifts.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
