Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Forklift Operator in Texas to safely operate powered industrial equipment and manage loading/unloading, labeling, and inventory processes. You will contribute to a safe, efficient distribution environment and support ongoing shipping and receiving demands.

You will perform daily equipment checks, complete paperwork, and participate in cycle counts and inventory controls while upholding quality and safety standards. Join a team that values accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior forklift operating experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or be able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution (sit-down/stand-up forklifts, clamp, picker).
• Load, unload, and store products/materials.
• Stack/transport materials to designated areas.
• Scan product and print labels with equipment.
• Complete paperwork and inventory management tasks as needed.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Daily safety inspections per forklift safety checklist.
• Keep facility inspection-ready for SQFI, FDA and customer needs.
• Report incidents to supervisor and assist with housekeeping.
