Job summary

Fl-Crane- is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to move, stage, and transport products within the warehouse or production facility. You will load and unload materials, ensure orders are accurately prepared, and collaborate with teams to maintain efficient operations.

The role emphasizes safety, routine maintenance, and accurate documentation. Candidates should have a high school diploma (preferred) and forklift experience in warehouse or construction environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Prior experience operating a forklift in a construction or warehouse environment (preferred)
• Forklift certification or training is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts or other equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse or production facility.
• Safely pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Assist in managing inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials in proper locations within the warehouse; conduct cycle counts and audits as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance on forklift and other equipment as necessary.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines, including safe operation of forklifts, and report hazards or incidents immediately.
• Complete all required documentation, such as shipping and receiving logs, accurately and promptly.
• Work closely with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in training programs and stay up-to-date with safety regulations and industry best practices
