Job summary

Abacus Corporation is seeking dependable warehouse personnel to operate forklifts and other heavy equipment in Irving, TX. You will load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers, move materials safely, and help keep the warehouse clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to move and stack materials
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets
• Safely transport materials within the warehouse or production area
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and locate products
• Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience

• Previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks , lift trucks , clamp trucks , Sit-down/Stand up, Reach truck, order pickers, or hi-lo equipment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory tracking
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in load/unload procedures- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for heavy equipment operation

• Proficient in operating various types of forklifts and heavy equipment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
