R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Part-Time Freight Handlers at our Troy, NY Service Center to unload and load trailers. Successful candidates must possess a good work ethic, maintain good attendance, work well in a team, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty
• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced LTL environment preferred
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display
