Andros Group is seeking a Forklift Operator – Production for duties on the Mount Jackson production floor in Virginia. The role focuses on moving materials and finished products, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting continuous manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include safe forklift operation, staging materials for production, inventory counts, and coordinating with the Inventory Control team to ensure timely production.

The Forklift Operator – Production is primarily responsible for operating a forklift to move materials and finished product to and from the correct staging line areas. They will also relocate, stack and count ingredients, pouches, caps, materials and products. The FLOP - PR is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle, as well as maintaining accurate documentation and product placement to ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing operations.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a teammate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The Forklift Operator - PR is required to work on the production floor and outside. While performing the duties of this job, the teammate frequently will be required to sit and stand, as well as being exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat and/or cold. The teammate continuously works near moving mechanical parts. The teammate will be exposed to loud noises from machinery and thus will be required to wear PPE. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but may be high at times due to mechanical equipment noise.
The teammate will regularly need to lift up to 75 pounds and is required to get on and off a forklift regularly.
