Job summary

Clow is seeking a Forklift Operator to support our Press Room and production departments by delivering materials, moving products, transporting tooling, and ensuring our teams have what they need to keep production running smoothly.

Shifts available with differential, starting pay at $19.80/hr base, potential up to $20.80/hr base. The role involves operating forklifts, handling materials up to 100 lbs, and using tablet-based tracking tools.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable using digital dispatch or tracking systems (tablet-based tools).
• Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize based on production demands.
• Attention to detail when moving, staging, and tracking materials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification through Clow.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport materials, products, containers, and tooling throughout the facility.
• Deliver raw materials and remove finished products from production equipment.
• Move empty containers and staging materials as needed.
• Retrieve and deliver press tools to production areas.
• Utilize tablets and scanners to manage material requests and track inventory locations.
• Weigh and count materials using industrial scales.
• Safely handle and dispose of scrap materials.
• Change and maintain forklift batteries.

Do you enjoy operating equipment, staying active throughout your shift, and playing a key role in manufacturing operations? Clow is looking for a Forklift Operator to support our Press Room and production departments by delivering materials, moving products, transporting tooling, and ensuring our manufacturing teams have what they need to keep production running smoothly. This is more than just driving a forklift. You'll be an essential part of the production team, working closely with machine operators, leads, and supervisors to keep materials flowing safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

Shifts Available

• Shift 21: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Friday - Sunday (+$3.50/hr shift differential)

Starting Rate of Pay

• $19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Frequent bending, reaching, material handling, and part movement
• Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
