Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking a Forklift Operator to support the movement of furniture and houseware in our distribution center. You will operate forklifts and other equipment to stock, retrieve, and position merchandise, while prioritizing safety and accuracy.

The role requires basic English, good communication, and the ability to work in a team to meet daily productivity and quality goals. Training on new systems and equipment will be provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of operating power industrial equipment.
• Basic English language proficiency and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a team and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment to stock, retrieve, lift, and move merchandise.
• Perform safety checks on lifts and report damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report discrepancies.
• Clean and dispose of packing materials and maintain housekeeping.
• Rotate through departments to meet business demands.
• Participate in training on technology upgrades.
• Support leadership in achieving productivity and quality goals.
