Crate & Barrel is seeking a Forklift Operator to efficiently move furniture and houseware in our distribution center. You will operate forklifts, reach trucks, and stock pickers to stock and retrieve merchandise with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of forklift experience, good English communication, and the ability to work well in a team while maintaining inventory integrity and following company procedures.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of operating power industrial equipment.
• Follows safety and loss prevention guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and related equipment to move merchandise safely.
• Conduct safety checks before and after shifts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
• Support cross-docking and warehouse organization.
