Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. seeks a Forklift Operator in Zumbrota, MN, to ensure safe receipt, storage, and shipment of food products using sit-down/stand-up forklifts, high-reach lifts, and RF equipment.

You’ll work in a controlled-temperature facility and support inventory, packing, and order preparation. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, stacking, and labeling, while maintaining safety and production standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Three (3) months of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 10–55 lbs and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight safely using appropriate equipment to move products.
• Stack and store merchandise, pick and assemble orders for shipment, inspect for damage and infestations, and label, wrap, and pack as directed by management.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners in a safety-conscious manner per OSHA standards.
• Meet production standards while maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
• Perform inventory, cleaning, or forklift battery changes as needed.
