Concrete Industries, Inc. is hiring a forklift operator for the pipe division in Lincoln, NE.

The role involves operating a rough terrain lift truck to handle Concrete Industries pipe and manhole products while adhering to the company safety program and policies. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of forklift experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and must obtain forklift certification within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates a lift truck in a safe and efficient manner using levers and pedals.
• Positions forks under, over, or around products and transports loads to designated areas.
• Coordinates storage of concrete products with yard staff.
• Loads concrete pipe and manhole products for shipment per company and DOT practices.
• Maintains a clean yard by removing waste material.
• Assists with maintenance and minor repairs of equipment.
• Performs daily inspections and reports maintenance needs.
