The role involves inspecting and transporting propane cylinders by loading and unloading with a forklift for Blue Rhino delivery drivers. This position includes in-house OSHA certified training.

Responsibilities

• Transport propane cylinders safely around the yard using a forklift.
• Handle and maintain flow of materials and products following safety guidelines.
• Work may require evening hours and weekends as needed.
• Complete and submit log sheets, BOLs, packing slips, and other paperwork.
• Perform forklift inspections before each shift to ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Regularly inspect the vehicle and notify maintenance needs.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Assist with other staffing needs when not operating the forklift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, understand, and pass required training and exams.
• 1+ years of work experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Genuine commitment to customer service.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S., without requiring future sponsorship.
