Foster Farms is seeking a Forklift Operator to load, unload, and move product around our warehouse facility. You will work closely with supervisors and processing teams to ensure accurate handling and timely delivery of goods.

The role emphasizes safe operation, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with USDA requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position with hourly pay and shift premiums for evening and overnight hours.

Pay: $17.75 per hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00 pm-11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

Job Description

Forklift Operator is responsible for operating the forklift in loading, unloading and moving of product throughout warehouse facility using proper equipment and procedures. This role works closely with the department supervisors, other department leads and processing team members, in order to accomplish accuracy within the processing department and to ensure that our customers receive quality products.

Essential Job Functions:

• Operate forklift for transportationof product and materials.
• As needed, makes minor adjustments to the forklift or notifies supervisor if forklift is not working properly.
• Don proper personal protective equipment.
• Help maintain and improve qualityand food safety, to ensurecompliancewith company qualitystandardsand USDA regulatory requirements.
• Must work in safe manner.
• Other duties, as assigned
