Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Forklift Operator in Janesville, WI to move pallets and materials through the warehouse, supporting production needs and loading/unloading customer trailers.

Role requires safety awareness, reliable operation, and the ability to work overtime as needed. A High School Diploma or GED is required; forklift certification is preferred; 1–3 years of forklift experience is preferred but not required.

• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Willingness to work in labor-intensive environment.

Job description

As a Forklift Operator, you’ll get to move pallets and other materials through the different areas of the warehouse, supporting production requirements in those areas, as well as loading and unloading customer trailers. Forklift Operators also get to wear many hats within the site! You may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets by hand in some locations. This role is vital to the success of our Relogistics site!

Hourly Pay $17.00/hr

Shift(s) Monday - Thursday 600 PM - 430 AM

Location Janesville, WI

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using Relogistics forklift equipment
• Forklifts must be operated with extreme care, adhering to company safety procedures at all times
• Hand-sorting wooden pallets, when required
• Repairing wooden pallets using a nail gun, when required
• Maintain a clean & safe working environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift certification preferred
• 1-3 years of forklift experience preferred, not required
• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, lumber, carpentry, lumber, welding, roofing, and/or construction is strongly preferred
• Willingness to work in a labor intensive environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Willing to work overtime as needed

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
