What you will do:
As a Paint Forklift Operator, you will locate and move products within our paint department. You will report safety hazards in the workplace, inspect and perform regular maintenance to the forklift equipment, use RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory, follow standard work, participate in continuous improvement idea reporting and waste elimination, investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, identify damaged material and report shortages or quality deficiencies and ensure grief processes and procedures are updated and communicated.

What you have:

• Prior sit-down forklift experience OR a current Caterpillar Sanford forklift license

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

• Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes

• Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor

• Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures

• Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes

Shift Schedules:

3rd Shift:$20.52/hour (includes 8%-night shift premium)

• Schedule: Mon - Fri 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Boone Trail Location)

**Role requires overtime as needed to support business needs**

Summary Pay Range:
