Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Warehouse Operator II to move, organize, and track materials in the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain inventory with attention to safety and accuracy.

You will perform tasks from a lower operator role when needed, ensuring timely order fulfillment and product quality. On 3rd shift, Sunday to Thursday, with onboarding during the first week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

SHIFT/SCHEDULE:

This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday - Thursday, 11:00PM - 7:30AM.

ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:

To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4-5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Warehouse Operator II, you’ll play a key role in moving, organizing, and tracking materials throughout the warehouse. You’ll operate forklifts and other equipment, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory. You’ll also perform tasks from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed. Your reliability and attention to detail help us deliver the products people love — safely and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $23.64 * . Please note that thepayrangeprovidedis a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may varybased on factorsincluding but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
