Job summary

Refresco Brand in Greendale, IN is hiring a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to support production and distribution. You will load/unload materials, operate powered industrial trucks, and work within SAP VMU systems to track inventory and ensure GMP and safety compliance.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years in manufacturing. This full-time, on-site role requires flexibility for various shifts, overtime, and a safe, team-focused approach to meeting production

Qualifications

High School Certification or equivalent (GED).
3+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Forklift certification by Refresco trainer preferred.
Ability to read and write job instructions in the location language.

Responsibilities

Load/unload raw materials from incoming trucks and transport to designated areas.
Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) and maintain forklift certification.
Use SAP vehículo-mounted units (VMUs) on forklifts to process transactions.
Supply raw materials to production lines as required.
Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and follow safety procedures.
Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout the shift.
