Job summary

Optimized Process Designs (OPD) seeks a Forklift Operator to support construction sites in Mont Belvieu, TX. You will operate extended reach forklifts to move materials, pallets, and pipes while following safety policies on active job sites.

Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of forklift experience, be willing to travel, and able to work 12-hour shifts in a team environment. Prior oil and gas construction experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1.5 years of forklift operator experience.
• Willing to travel and be away from home for extended periods.
• Able to work shifts up to 12 hours per day and 7 days per week, in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an extended reach forklift to transport materials within the jobsite.
• Transport pallets, boxes, pipe, any other large objects within the jobsite.
• Interpret hand signals to determine where materials should be placed.
• Unload material shipments when they arrive at the jobsite and stage in designated areas.
