Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to move products and materials in a busy production and warehouse environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, load and unload trucks, and ensure accurate handling of materials.

Starting pay is $18.08–$22.66 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ year warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods to designated areas.
• Load and unload designated trailers and route trucks.

Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: 4:30 PM - 5:00 AM / 2-2-3 Flex Schedule.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $22.66 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment.
• Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area.
• Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Move product and/or materials manually as required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operator a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail. Forklift certification is required.
