Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Material Handler in Dekalb, Illinois. The role includes forklift operation, handling candy products, and working on an E shift with a schedule Mon-Fri 5:15 PM to 1:45 AM. Weekly pay, paid training, and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Maintain day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
