Job summary

Plastipak Packaging is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler to safely move and store raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas. The role supports high quality standards and a positive team culture, with recognized safety excellence.

We offer set schedules on 12-hour shifts (rotating 2-week plan: 3 days, 4 days). Promotion from within, premium pay, and a comprehensive benefits program are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually and up to 70 lbs with team lift.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas.
• Use an RF scanning device to scan goods and maintain inventory records.
• Load finished goods to ship to customers.
• Grow knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job experiences.
