Job summary

Plastipak in Ohio is seeking a Forklift Operator/Material Handler to safely move raw materials and finished goods between the warehouse and production areas. You will use RF scanning to track inventory and load shipments, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

We offer 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, advancement from within, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, individually and up to 70 lbs with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move materials between the warehouse and production areas.
• Use RF scanning device to scan goods and maintain inventory records.
• Load finished goods to ship to customers.
• Grow knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job experiences.
