The Role

• Trailer Operations: Expertly load and unload trailers to keep our shipping and receiving on track.


• Pallet Management: Move pallets and raw materials throughout the warehouse to support production.


• Inventory Control: Use scanners to track materials and ensure every pallet is exactly where it needs to be.


• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a skilled crew to hit big goals in a fast-paced environment.


• Safety First: Follow all protocols to keep our team and our factory running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Material Handling: Safely transport pallets and raw materials throughout a fast-paced warehouse environment to directly support production lines.


• Inventory Tracking: Utilize RF scanners to accurately track materials, manage pallet locations, and maintain strict inventory control.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with a skilled warehouse crew and production teams to consistently meet and exceed high-volume daily goals.


• Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all OSHA and facility safety protocols to ensure a secure, incident-free manufacturing and warehouse environment.


• Shift & Schedule Management: Successfully manage workload demands within a high-impact, rotating 2-2-3 schedule framework.
