HODGE is seeking a Forklift Operator to support unloading, loading, and materials movement across the warehouse. You will operate forklifts and other equipment safely, perform pre-shift checks, and ensure accurate handling of shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safe Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, reach trucks, overhead cranes, and other equipment following safety guidelines.
• Material Handling: Load/unload materials, secure, and transport to storage areas or lines.
• Inventory Control: Document movements, update inventory system, monitor stock levels.
• Effective Communication: Provide updates to peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Safety: Uphold safety protocols and promote a safety-first culture.

• Additional Duties: Perform tasks as assigned to support changing conditions.
