HODGE is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to ensure safe unloading, loading, and movement of materials within the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other equipment, perform pre-operational checks, and follow all safety protocols to protect people and products.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be at least 18 years old to operate heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, overhead cranes, and other equipment to move materials.
• Load and unload materials, secure and store properly.
• Verify shipments and receipts, report discrepancies.
• Assist inventory control by documenting movements.
• Promote safety and uphold PPE and hazard identification.
• Communicate clearly with peers and leadership about material movement and issues.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
