Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group in Minnesota is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to move part carts and motors around the plant following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.

The role requires prior forklift experience, ability to read a production schedule, and strong teamwork. You will work outdoors, lift up to 70 lbs, and may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three months experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to read and understand production schedule.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Safety-conscious with PPE adherence.

Responsibilities

• Drive forklift to move part carts and motors to various areas of the plant.
• Safely deliver motors from warehouse to Rigging via forklift.
• Pick motors on request and prepare them for delivery.
• Communicate with Rigging team on daily needs for trailers/boats/motors.
• Follow safety and quality requirements at all times.
