Essential Functions:* Drive forklift to move part carts and motors to various areas of both plants.* Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment while wearing all required PPE (including eye, hearing, hand, knee, foot, etc.)* Safely deliver motors from warehouse to Rigging via forklift* Picks motors on request and prepares them for delivery.* Communicate with Rigging team on daily needs for trailers/boats/motors.* Self-starter, team player with a good safety awareness**Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Exposed to noise, dust, and fumes daily. Pushing and pulling material carts. Physical exertion is required. The anticipated pay range for this position is $17.50-$20.00, hourly. The actual pay offered will vary depending multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business need, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for discretionary bonus or short-term incentive program. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
