Job summary

Worley Warehousing in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring full-time Forklift Operators for weekend shifts. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to $25 per hour during the first year through shift differentials, incentives, performance, and progression.

You will help keep products moving safely and efficiently, loading/unloading, inspecting shipments, and maintaining a clean, safe warehouse as part of a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer knowledge required.
• Ability to count, add, subtract, multiply, and divide.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and equipment safely.
• Unload inbound shipments and move products to storage locations.
• Stack and store merchandise accurately.
• Inspect inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Report product damage, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Pick and prepare products for shipment.
• Move products to trailers and staging areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer service goals.
