Summary

Forklift Operators are responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products within a warehouse. They must work cooperatively with others and follow safety policies diligently.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to safety policies.
• Load and unload trailers, railcars, and transports.
• Check products for accuracy and damage.
• Use handheld scanners for warehouse management system compliance.
• Perform daily maintenance inspections of equipment.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members.
• Maintain a clean and orderly facility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules.

Helpful Experience (Not Required)

• Experience with RF equipment.
• Warehouse experience in high-volume or refrigerated environments.
• Familiarity with WMS or similar systems.
• Forklift certification.
