Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Laredo, TX is hiring a warehouse associate to move products in a fast-paced facility using powered equipment. You will load, unload and transport materials, ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

The starting pay is $21.91–$22.60 per hour, with potential incentives and benefits. Shift is Monday–Thursday 2pm–Finish and Friday 3pm–Finish; forklift certification and basic warehouse experience preferred.

• 1+ years warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $21.91 to $22.60 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles.

• Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Move product and/or materials manually as required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operator a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail. Forklift certification is required.
