Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a warehouse associate to move products and materials in a fast-paced production setting. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, transport goods, and ensure safe handling and compliance with policies.

The role requires basic education, up to 3 years of experience, and forklift certification. Starting pay is hourly with opportunities for bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years of warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a high-speed industrial environment is a plus.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Forklift certification is required.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.55 to $21.94 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Move product and/or materials manually as required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operator a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail. Forklift certification is required.
