The role involves driving a sit-down forklift to deliver products to the warehouse and production floor. Housekeeping duties and maintaining cleanliness standards are also part of the job. The position may require working on weekends and holidays.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have at least 3 months' work history operating material handling equipment (MHE).
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Receive and store incoming items according to warehouse standards.
• Maintain a safe and organized storage area.
• Keep the assigned area clean.
• Maintain records of daily pre-trip inspections.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices, safety, audit, and food safety standards.
• May need to operate production equipment and related technologies.
• Meet performance and productivity standards.
• Available to work all three shifts.
• Must pass a forklift driving skills test.

Physical requirements include lifting, reaching, bending, climbing, and walking/standing to move products through the warehouse, with or without accommodations.

Candidates with previous Tyson employment have a minimum rehire waiting period of 180 days and are limited to three employment periods.
