Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a manufacturing operator to support production lines in the United States. The role requires maintaining materials, operating material handling systems, and assisting with shift coverage and process changes.

Candidates should be licensed or able to obtain forklift certification, demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, work well in a team, and be physically able to perform duties.

Qualifications

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Licensed or able to be licensed forklift operator.
• Must be prepared to work in a cooperative environment.
• Must be willing and physically able to fulfill the job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Keep production area supplied with resin, supplies, color and packaging materials.
• Understand Mould Tek Material Handling system operations and set up virgin, regrind, colour changes & additives.
• Transfer finished goods to storage area and maintain production entry sheets.
• Assist in coffee & lunch break relief at machine.
• Shop logics coding and HTL role changes as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to orientate and retain new employees.
• Identify improvement opportunities and bring them to Shift Supervisor or Operations Manager.
