Job summary

Ball Corporation's Winter Haven facility is seeking a Material Handler to support high-volume production. You will operate forklifts, move materials, and load shipments following SOPs while working 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) on a 4-on/4-off cycle with rotating days and nights.

The role is on-site in Winter Haven, FL, with safety and quality as top priorities and eligibility for the annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• On-site in Winter Haven, FL.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and coordinate materials for production and shipping.
• Review production planning to determine shipping/receiving duties.
• Document finished goods for shipment.
• Stage and load finished goods per schedule.
• Coordinate scrap materials; band and store materials; load trucks.
