Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a forklift operator to move, stack and count merchandise to support a production shift in Kentucky. You will safely operate a forklift and RF/barcode equipment, assist with loading/unloading trucks, and record all transactions and movements.

The role supports production lines by supplying materials, removing finished goods, and maintaining inventory with scanning procedures. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

1–3 years forklift experience.
1–3 years loading/unloading trucks.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/shipping environment.
Ability to operate computers and RF/barcode equipment.

Responsibilities

Maintains supplies of materials to production floor.
Removes finished products from the lines.
Removes goods from the shrink wrap area to the yard.
Hangs bags of raw materials for the extruders.
Clears out trash boxes and waste, scrap, and cut boards.
Weighs up scrap and maintains proper paperwork for end of shifts.
Keeps warehouse and storage areas neat and clean, including outside dumpster pad.
Maintains proper inventory by using correct scanning procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.
