Job summary

You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks, assist with inventory, and maintain clean, organized dock areas while following company policies and teamwork to support production. Must obtain forklift license, be able to lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to obtain forklift license and pallet jack license.
• Preference for poultry/food processing experience.
• Must be able to move up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move and store product using forklift, hand lift or pallet jack following safety procedures.
• Operate pallet jack between departments, buildings, and grounds.
• Deliver materials to work areas as directed by production supervisor; load/unload shipments.
• Perform routine servicing of equipment (battery changes, charging, tire checks) and report issues.
• Maintain clean and organized dock area; follow safety regulations.
• Assist with inventory and record numbers/codes accurately.
