Job summary

Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Forklift Operator for the day shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 am–3:00 pm) with overtime as required. Pay range is $22–$25 per hour.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, handling shipping/receiving, moving materials, and ensuring safety and accuracy in daily operations. Qualified candidates will have 1–3 years forklift experience, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to work well both in a team and individually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have 1-3 years forklift experience with safety focus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and use basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and perform daily safety inspections.
• Handle shipping, receiving and inventory control per procedures.
• Load/unload trucks and stage materials for work centers.
• Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage, document as required.
• Assist with material movement across the plant as directed.
• Coordinate with operators and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
