Job summary

Georgia-Pacific in Ontario, CA is seeking a motivated Material Forklift Operator to join our team. This role loads and unloads trailers, moves materials safely, and maintains accurate shipping documentation. You will operate a forklift, use an RF scanner, and work with a team while following safety standards.

Applicants should have at least one year of forklift experience, be able to work various shifts, and obtain forklift certification. Pay is $22.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• One year of forklift operation experience in a warehousing setting.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and encourage others to do the same.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, sort, and transport products.
• Use RF scanner to track materials and shipments.
• Complete shipping documentation accurately, manually and on computer.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow housekeeping rules.
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification; follow safety rules.
