Job summary

NSK in Liberty, Indiana, seeks a careful forklift operator to move materials and load/unload trucks. You will drive a sit-down forklift with a focus on safety and efficiency, maintaining accurate shipping/receiving records and assisting teammates as needed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, computer literacy, and the ability to work overtime. Prior forklift experience is preferred; all OSHA PPE rules apply for a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Ability to drive a sit-down forklift in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Candidate should be able to work overtime on short notice.
• One year of forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift to unload/load materials and move them to assigned locations.
• Complete necessary paperwork for shipping and receiving and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work area; follow PPE requirements.
• Monitor finished goods inventory and report shortages or issues.
• Support team members to maintain shipping and receiving standards.
