Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator in Indiana to safely operate powered industrial equipment and move goods for distribution. You will load, unload, stack, and transport materials, scan products, and complete paperwork using inventory systems.

A licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain one is required, along with basic computer skills and attention to detail. You will help maintain SQFI/FDA readiness, perform daily safety inspections, and report incidents promptly.

Qualifications

• Two years forklift operating experience required.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass background and drug screen.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tasks.
• Attention to detail in handling shipments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Powered Industrial equipment to move products or materials for distribution.
• Load, unload, and store products and/or materials.
• Stack and transport materials to designated areas.
• Use equipment to scan product and print labels.
• Complete paperwork and operate inventory management systems.
• Ensure product rotation procedures are followed.
• Complete cycle counts as required.
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
• Communicate and report any incidents to supervisor.
• May perform housekeeping duties.
• Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
