Ryder System, Inc. in Minster, Ohio is hiring a stand-up forklift operator to join our warehouse team. Base pay is $23.00 per hour with a .50 increase after 6 months and again after 1 year, plus overtime at $34.50 per hour.

Eligible incentives can add up to $10 extra per hour, with a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments, and daily pay options. Shift options include Sun-Wed schedules with 44–55 hours weekly. We offer comprehensive benefits and paid training to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift operator license certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible schedule availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift and assist with loading, picking and packing.
• Perform shipping/receiving, cycle counting and related warehouse tasks.
• Maintain accuracy of daily paperwork (picking sheets, bills of lading).
• Support maintenance of automated packing systems during production.
• Contribute to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
